The Getty Museum Store is dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate your order number and contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the original packing slip and the assigned RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
